Founder of HAPT Coaching, Hana Abdullah, is a highly accomplished fitness trainer, with an extensive background in the industry, holding full Personal training qualifications & additional certifications in Pre & Postnatal fitness, Nutrition Coaching, and expertise as a qualified gymnastics coach. Hana's compassionate style has already made a significant impact, transforming countless individual's relationships with exercise and their approach to dieting.
After becoming totally overwhelmed by the mixed messaging in the fitness industry and frustrated after trying multiple different diets & exercise classes, through educating & undertaking professional qualifications, Hana wanted to cut through the noise.
Now she is devoted to helping as many people as possible to improve their health & make long term sustainable changes that actually work and don't mean missing out on everything that makes life worth living.
